DreamBox Learning Wins “Return On Education” Award for Third Year in a Row

Company selected as winner for impact in education each year since introduction of the awards

BELLEVUE, Wash., (April 9, 2015) – DreamBox Learning  (www.dreambox.com) took home top honors in the Return On Education (ROE) Innovation Awards for demonstrated impact in education at the 2015 ASU+GSV Education Innovation Summit this week in Scottsdale, Ariz. This marks the third consecutive year DreamBox Learning was recognized with this ROE win since the Award’s inauguration in 2013.

“We’re deeply honored to be recognized by our peers and partners with this Return on Education Innovation award,” said Jessie Woolley-Wilson, President and CEO of DreamBox Learning. “This award is a testament to our ongoing partnership with education leaders and the increasingly important impact DreamBox Learning has on students in creating lifelong learners and mathematicians.”

ROE Innovation Award winners demonstrated a high return on education as measured by making a sustainable and scaled impact while also considerably improving learning outcomes. Award winners were voted on by more than 2,000 summit participants including education industry leaders and visionaries, as well as district, school practitioners and entrepreneurs.

In addition to this recognition, the company also announced an important milestone earlier this week highlighting the daily delivery of one million DreamBox Learning lessons and the projected delivery of 150 million math lessons to students grades K-8 in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Canada during the 2014-15 school year. Furthermore, the number of students using DreamBox Learning Math has consistently doubled each year for the past four years. This growing momentum is a clear indication that students of all backgrounds and ability are taking an active role in their learning journey, mastering math concepts through a personalized experience that adapts dynamically, in real-time, to meet them where they are.

DreamBox Learning has received more than 38 education and technology industry awards to date, including a Tech & Learning Award of Excellence, Seattle Business magazine’s Tech Impact Education Award, The ON for Learning Award and BESSIE Award among others. DreamBox Learning was also named a “Seattle Hot Company” in 2014 by Lead411. For a complete list of awards, visit http://www.dreambox.com/awards.
