Francis (Skip) Fennell, Ph.D.
Dr. Fennell holds the L. Stanley Bowlsbey endowed chair as Professor of Education and Graduate and Professional Studies at McDaniel College, Westminster, Maryland. He is a recent Past President of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and has received, among many honors, the AMTE Award for Excellence in Service in Mathematics Teacher Education (2010).

In her fifteenth year teaching for the Howard County Public School System, Maryland, Mrs. Krownapple taught special education, fourth, and fifth grade.
