New DreamBox Reporting Lets Educators Personalize Learning Like Never Before
Now you can quickly see exactly what each student needs
Three weeks ago, DreamBox flipped the switch on newly enhanced reporting capabilities. The new Student Level – Standards Report is now officially live and if you haven’t taken it for it a test drive yet, you don’t know what you’re missing. Let me fill you in.
The Student Level – Standards Report now shows detailed, real-time data on how a student is progressing toward proficiency against a whole slew of academic standards—and across grade levels. Easily accessible by clicking the Reports tab from the top navigation bar in your Insight Dashboard, the report allows you to assess at a glance an individual student’s learning progress, so you can better understand if he or she is on track to meet their learning goals.
With detailed grade-level, standards-specific data at your fingertips, you can quickly identify gaps and adjust your instruction accordingly—both online and off. Online, you can simply click the blue AssignFocus™ icon to immediately create targeted and differentiated assignments to meet students precisely where they are. Offline, you can use DreamBox data to plan activities and instruction that support learning on specific content and standards where students may require additional focus or emphasis.
Fellow DreamBox users are weighing in
So far, the feedback from DreamBox Nation has been overwhelmingly positive with the majority of teachers saying they find the newly updated Student Level – Standards Report to be valuable. That’s no surprise to our development team since persistent feedback from DreamBox users helps to inform product improvements and drive innovation. In many respects, this latest reporting upgrade is a direct product of their willingness to share experiences and insights with our team. So, please keep the feedback (the good, the bad, and yes, even the ugly) coming so we can continue to build a better learning and teaching experience for everyone. And, if you haven’t checked out the newly enhanced Standards Report yet, log in now to see what all the fuss is about.
