BELLEVUE, Wash. — July 6, 2022 — DreamBox Learning (“DreamBox”), the leading education technology provider and pioneer of intelligent adaptive learning, announced today that Jennifer Mullin is joining the DreamBox executive team as Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing strategy, including brand management, corporate communications, marketing operations, and demand creation. Mullin joins the company at a key moment in education when school districts, administrators, and educators leverage proven, personalized, and engaging blended learning solutions to accelerate student growth toward proficiency. Serving 6 million students and 400,000 educators, DreamBox is the only dual-discipline software solution rated “Strong” by Johns Hopkins’ EvidenceforESSA.org in both mathematics and reading.
Mullin brings more than two decades of marketing leadership from across a broad array of highly competitive, fast evolving market segments including e-commerce, entertainment, cybersecurity, and education technology for brands such as Leapfrog Enterprises, Visa, Evite, and Gap. Most recently Mullin served as the Vice President of Marketing for Malwarebytes, a SaaS cybersecurity firm. As DreamBox’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mullin will work in close partnership with the company’s executive leadership and its sales, product, and customer success teams to connect more school districts with DreamBox’s mathematics and reading solutions, all unified in service to the company’s mission to radically transform the way the world learns.
“I am thrilled to welcome Jennifer Mullin as DreamBox’s first-ever Chief Marketing Officer and as an additional female voice on our executive team to guide our strategy. I have known Jennifer since her first career role in the education technology market, and I valued her strong leadership, strategic approach, and passion for unlocking learning potential for every student. This is the mindset we need to capture the full market opportunity that lies ahead for DreamBox as the K-12 market continues to shift toward blended learning as a must-have ingredient to student and district success,” said Jessie Woolley-Wilson, President and CEO of DreamBox Learning.
Mullin joins as DreamBox readies for a new school year, where district administrators are prioritizing education technology solutions that effectively accelerate learning for all students and equip educators with actionable student learning insights that save them time. “Education has always been a passion of mine, and I’m excited to be joining one of the most innovative and mission-driven EdTech companies in the industry,” said Mullin. “Education is at an inflection point, and DreamBox has an important story to tell with its proven ability to drive results in little time, while also providing educators with rich professional development programs and data to customize their instructional strategies.”
